Hello CSA and Friends of Shalom Orchard,

Thank you, Lucia, for saving me from having to reconstruct the CSA email list!

It was so wonderful to see all of you last Saturday!!  What a perfect day to begin our CSA season.  We enjoyed meeting all the new folks, and to finally be starting up, at last. For us, this is what we are working for – seeing people connect with the food we grow.   We hope you are enjoying the first veggies of the season!

Some of you have said that you want to wait until 7/12 to pick up again, rather than come back this Wed., 7/5.  In that case, you can make up your share at any time later in the season, or use it to stock up on chicken or something else.

If you do want to pick up again this Wed., we will have most of the sameveggies, but not brocolli.  Since we harvested so recently, it is a good week to get chicken and eggs.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE COMING FOR PICKUP THIS WED., and if you want chicken and eggs or any other product we have, so we can get started on your order before you arrive.  Again, pickup will be between 3-5:30 PM.
