Charlotte is the farm manager, overseeing the organization and planning of the farm work with the assistance f farm workers and apprentices. She is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a part-time private practice in nearby Ellsworth. She has farmed since the 1970’s, and co-owned a commercial vineyard and winery in Connecticut in the 1980’s. Her interests include spinning, knitting and photography.

Jim is manager of the winery production and sales. He has made wines as a hobby for almost twenty years before becoming a commercial winemaker. He is also a builder of post and beam structures and a Macintosh computer guru, having spent many years as a computer systems network administrator before farming full-time.

Jim enjoys contradancing, folk music, shape-note singing, and sailing.
