Pickup for 9/29/10

Dear CSA and Friends of Shalom Orchard,

We all went to the Commonground Fair today and came back rejuvenated by the organic energy! It was wonderful to spin (left foot only)!! and to see so many old friends. There are so many young farmers – it is very exciting!

So here is the plan for the remaining CSA pickups: we have 2 pickups left. We will pickup this Wed., 9/29, and then we will skip 10/6. We will make cider on Wed., 10/13 – you are all welcome to come watch/ help if you’d like. The last big pickup will be over the weekend of Saturday, 10/16. This will be the “big shopping” pickup with all of the fall storage veggies and cider available. I will send out more info on this last pickup as we get closer to the date.
