Dry cider, fermented and aged in Downeast Maine from mostly Maine-grown Heritage and Heirloom Apples.

In 2022, Shalom welcomed Honey in That Rock Cidery to the farm. With stewardship and honor in mind, their thoughtful approach to cider-making is a welcome addition to Shalom’s lineup of wines. From the team:

“We’re from everywhere and nowhere at the same time, brought together by our love for honoring the land. Our team has come from away to continue the time honored Maine tradition of highlighting and celebrating local bounty.”
